- 1954:The company opens its file with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Western Pennsylvania (Jan 1, 1954), marking a commitment to professional transparency and consumer trust that has lasted over 70 years.
- Second Generation Leadership: Robert Lee (son of E. Lee Jr.) assumes control of the business. Under his chairmanship, the company begins its transformation from a local outfit into a national independent carrier.
